For this iteration of our hop saturated ale (HSA) we selected hops that emphasize tropical citrus, and passion fruit with a bit of white wine, pineapple, and cannabis. We start with a unique processes, grist, and water chemistry for the ultimate softness and perception of saturation, followed by over 10lb/bbl of hops on the cold side alone. Citra Cryo, Motueka Hyperboost, Rakau, Nelson, Kohia Nelson (dehydrated passion fruit infused Nelson hop pellets) and finished with Fresh Nelson Cold-Pressed hop juice. No artificial extracts or lactose, only hops. Basically tastes like pineapple-orange-cannabis juice made without any of those things. This beer is not economically feasible to produce and requires an immense amount of effort and tank time, so we don't make them often. Enjoy it while we are willing to suffer for y'all.
