This variant is our first use of fresh harvested hops from the Yakima Valley (wet hops). The hops are never dried, and went through a special wet hop cryogenic pelletization process to lock in the wet hop flavors for the overnight shipment straight into our fermentation tanks. Wet Hop Strata, Citra and Rakau.
