Historically lauded as Frederick Wilhelm's, the King in Prussia, favorite style of beer, Berliner Weisse is a low ABV, tart, light-bodied German-style wheat ale. Following brewhouse souring, Passion Fruit Prussia is fermented on lavish amounts of passion fruit infusing hints of melon, pineapple and kiwi that play nicely with the soft lactic acidity of this super drinkable and quenching beer.
