From the label

“Let's be honest: nobody likes the feeling of being watched. The little hairs prick up on the back of your neck and the tops of your little hobbit feet, you look around and don't see anyone….but you can't shake the feeling that someone…or something…is tracking your every move. Heck, you just wanted to pop by the Prancing Pony for a pint of ale, full of fresh New-Zealand Shire-grown hops, while you walk to Mordor to destroy the One Ring, but all of a sudden you realize your every move is being tracked and databased by an evil wizard, courtesy of his flock of evil crows? And then that information is being sent to the All-Seeing-Eye or as we call it, A Eye? Look, we're not telling you what to do, or how to defeat the Dark Lord and his forces….but a flock of crows is usually called a murder…so maybe murdering the flock would be a good start.”

The label names its hops (New Zealand Shire-grown hops), which is enough for a real starting point.
