From the label

“The Delaware Blue Coats refer historically to the 1st Delaware Regiment (also called the Delaware Blues) from the American Revolutionary War. Regarded as one of General George Washington's most dependable and disciplined Continental units, they fought fiercely in critical engagements, including a desperate rearguard action at the Battle of Long Island and crossing the Delaware River alongside Washington.”
