From the label“This golden ale was produced in the méthode traditionnelle of sparkling wines including a second fermentation in the bottle, aging on the lees, riddling and disgorging. With delicate aromas of pear, apple and herbs, this pale golden ale has a dry finish with abundant fine bubbles and a meringue-like foam. Brewery Ardennes thoughtfully crafts Belgian-inspired beers of character in Geneva, the heart of New York's scenic Finger Lakes. Our French Bulldog mascots Barley & Hops remind us to savor all of life's moments.”
