“Jin Li 錦鯉 ("koi fish" in Chinese) is Ben & Jie's dark rice lager, brewed with dandelion root to accentuate its rich, nutty, and toasty character. Notes of caramel add a touch of sweetness and depth, while a crisp, clean bitterness keeps the finish balanced and refreshing. In Chinese mythology, the koi is a symbol of good luck, fortune, perseverance, and transformation.”
