“TTB class 906 MALT BEVERAGES SPECIALITIES - FLAVORED; label states 'Malt Beverage with Natural Flavor' at bottom; no beer-style terminology anywhere (no IPA, Ale, Lager, Stout, etc.); product is marketed as a flavored malt beverage with hazelnut as the defining characteristic, not as a beer with brewing-process identity. The word 'ALE' in the fanciful name is decorative branding (part of 'NUT HOUSE ALE') but the regulatory line and product presentation (hazelnut-forward, no brewing copy) indicate this is a flavored malt beverage, not a traditional ale.”
