Per modifier binding rule 13, 'Double' in 'DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED IPA' modifies the dry-hopping process, not the IPA strength — however the product title itself is 'DUALLY DOUBLE IPA' with 9% ABV, confirming double_ipa classification. DDH added as style modifier.”
