About this beer

This is the 1st of 2 labels we have from Savannah River Brewing Co. It is one of 26 blonde / golden ale labels approved in August 2026. It was submitted and approved the same day. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.

The artwork

A geometric split-field composition divides the label into cream and navy zones, with a 1828-dated bell emblem shield centered at the top in navy and white. The word BELL TOWER dominates in large condensed sans-serif capitals across the middle, flanked by symmetrical ornamental flourishes in pale blue. Below sits AUGUSTA UNIVERSITY in serif type, and at the bottom a horizontal banner for Savannah River Brewing Co. in an ornate serif cartouche. The overall effect is heraldic and institutional, suggesting collegiate tradition and civic pride.
