From the label“Grail is a Double IPA that pours a glowing orange color with a crown of foam that slowly collapses into the glass. We recently collaborated with Coleman Hops to alter multiple post-harvest processes to heighten the aromatics of some of our favorite lots. The resulting crop provides incredible notes of tangerine soda, fresh orange juice, grapefruit sorbet, and sugary mango slices. We then blended a charge of Rakau and Nelson from Garston Hops, adding layers of limeade, lemon zest, and white grape notes. We've got the retro releases, the OGs, the deadstock grabs, and one-off collabs. The closet is our personal museum, a shrine to fresh kicks of every kind. But hidden in the racks, behind the royal purples, cherry reds, golden laces, and blue-speckled gloss, there's an unassuming box. Inside it, glowing to our eyes alone, it has surpassed its function and entered the realm of art: the crème de la crème, the Grail.”
