The brand on the label is Hairy Guys Brewing; it was brewed at Chatty Monks Brewing Company, EDL Consolidated, Inc in Pennsylvania.

The artwork

A cartoon character with an enormous grinning face dominates the front label, its features composed entirely of interlocking pretzels in orange and gold tones against black. The figure wears a black hat with white wavy lines, has large circular ears, and displays a mustache made of pretzel shapes. Pretzels cascade across the entire composition in a scattered-pattern arrangement, with the beer name "PRETZELVANIA" set in bold sans-serif capitals across the lower half, accompanied by volume and ABV information.

“We're Tim and Tommy, the hairy guys behind Hairy Guys Brewing. Our story began tinkering away as homebrewing enthusiasts in a garage until we knew it was time to take things up a notch (or two). Now, Hairy Guys Brewing is pouring! What started as sharing pints with friends has grown into delicious beers for everyone, from hop experts to folks just looking for a good time. We put years of practice into every batch, with a focus on making our customers and the Jim Thorpe community smile. So come on down and raise a glass with us!”
