This is the 2nd of 4 labels we have from Black Abbey Brewing Co. It is one of 3 dubbel labels approved in July 2026. Its label was approved 1 day after it was submitted. The brand on the label is Black Abbey Brewing Co; it was brewed at Jackalope Brewing Company, Tacoma and Hoyt, LLC in Tennessee. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
Two stylized roosters in bold comic-inked style flank the beer name "THE SPECIAL DUBBEL" in large white sans-serif caps, centred on an orange field. Each rooster is rendered in black, yellow, and maroon with exaggerated plumage and posture. The label employs a horizontal-band composition with the brewery's oval emblem (depicting a church building in blue and cream) anchoring the top, and type-only header and footer panels above and below in cream and maroon. The finish is matte without visible gloss or foil.
