From the label“Brewed with malted oats, flaked oats and malted wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, then dry hopped with Citra, Elani, and Freestyle Riwaka. With notes of sweet orange, Meyer lemon and pineapple. All Elm Creek Brewing Co. brews are crafted by hand near the shores of the Mississippi River in our hometown of Champlin, MN. With twelve beers tapped daily, you're sure to find one to quench your curiosity.”
