Uncle Sam in full patriotic dress—tall striped hat, long coat, red bow tie—occupies the center of the label, holding an oversized foam dice in one hand and a baseball bat in the other. The figure is rendered in a bold engraved style with heavy black outlines, his clothing filled with red, white, and navy blue. The name "UNCLE JACK" is centered below in large navy sans-serif capitals, with the beer style "DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE" in smaller type underneath.
