From the label“The expancion of the Bruderic Empire brought with it a beer of great characters, India Pale Ale. To withstand the long boat journey from the United Kingdom to India, the beer was brewed with a higher alcohol content and a large amount of hops, giving it its distinctive bitterness and refreshing flavor. A story of creativity that we are privileged to enjoy today.”
