This filing went on record 17 July 2026, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
This is the 3rd of 5 label filings we hold from Fair State Brewing. It is one of 59 barrel-aged stout labels approved in July 2026. It cleared 25 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged, imperial on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
The label splits vertically into a hot pink left panel and a black right panel, with a burgundy band across the centre. The left side features the brewery name in tall gold block capitals running down the edge, with a gold-outlined infinity logo and marketing text on pink. The right side displays the beer name and style in white serif capitals across the black background. A decorative band at the bottom shows repeating illustrated lobsters and circles in pink and maroon with gold stars and black diamonds, rendered in a flat graphic style with linear hatching on the shellfish.
From the label“THE PEOPLE'S BEER ONCE AGAIN, IT ARRIVES FROM THE DEPTHS (OF BARRELS). THIS BAD BOY OF AN IMPERIAL STOUT WAS AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS THEN ABSOLUTELY STUFFED WITH HEAPS OF TOASTED COCONUT, COCOA NIBS AND VANILLA BEANS. GET STUFFED!”
