The label is dominated by a large central illustration of a video game cartridge and turntable, rendered in warm metallic tones (gold and bronze) against a bright yellow field. The cartridge and turntable are positioned in the lower half of the composition, flanked by two diamond symbols and framed within a rectangular box. Above this sits the beer name "END GAME CARTRIDGE" in bold, geometric sans-serif capitals, with "TROPICAL LUSH SMOOTH" arched above it.
