The label is dominated by a dense art-nouveau ornamental pattern in gold against a bright orange-red ground, featuring interlocking scrollwork, floral motifs, and musical instruments woven throughout the borders. The beer name "Poco Loco" appears in large cream-and-gold lettering in the centre-right, with "Orange Agave Wheat Ale" printed below in smaller gold type. Marketing copy occupies the left panel in white sans-serif caps; a circular gold medallion with a sun motif and wheat sheaf anchors the lower right. A QR code in white sits in the lower left.
