The front label features a cream field with a burgundy curved border frame. A gold wheat-and-root emblem centred at the top sits above the brewery name in small serif caps, flanked by a red banner containing the initials 'LP' and the date '1893'. The word 'LITOVEL' dominates in large red sans-serif caps; below it, 'SVĚTLÝ LEŽÁK' appears in smaller gold serif type. A tan rounded rectangle panel at the base contains 'PREMIUM BOHATA' and 'CZECH LAGER' in white sans-serif capitals. The back is a regulatory panel on cream stock with burgundy border and simple sans-serif typography.
