A stylized monkey face dominates the center of the label, rendered in cream and red outlines against a radiating sunburst background of alternating red and gold stripes. The beer name "Sunny Monkey" is hand-lettered in large, rounded script across the upper half in cream with red outline, while "CHARLOTTE Brew'd" appears in smaller script above. The composition centers the monkey's grinning face with simplified circular eyes and curved mouth, anchored within a dark teal circle containing the ABV. A horizontal red band at the bottom contains brewery information in white sans-serif type.
