From the label“Seter is a Norwegian Farmhouse Pale Ale that pours a hazy golden color, with clouds of foam rising above the glass. Kveik yeast, a traditional strain kept alive through countless generations of Nordic farmers, gives off notes of tangerine juice and dried orange peel. This unlikely marriage of two vastly different terroirs, Nordic yeast and a blend of Southern Hemisphere hops, creates an intensely tropical beer with a fluffy body that bursts with notes of pineapple, lychee syrup, and citrus zest. The cool air pressed against your cheek trails around your fingers as you exit the cabin door. The whipped butter, the cloth heavy with cheese, and the rippling clouds are all a similar feeling. Look at how the grasses slosh beneath you, spiraling like shallow pools as you pull free your stork-like steps. Dew drops, rarer than any jewel, shrink in the sunlight and wilt across any finger attempting to pluck them. Somewhere below the tree line, hay is sheared from the hills by the armful and bundled like woolen blankets into thick trunks, stray flowers speckled between the bunches like colored barrettes.”
