A psychedelic swirling mass fills the upper two-thirds of the label in vivid reds, oranges, purples, and blacks, with a symmetrical face-like quality formed by the abstract organic shapes and glowing eyes. Below the surging form sits a small silhouette of a figure at a piano, rendered in grey and teal against the chaotic backdrop. The beer name "JUICE MONSTER" appears in hand-lettered white sans-serif caps overlaid at centre, with "CRYO HOPPED HAZY" in smaller type beneath.
