About this beer

This is the 6th of 28 labels we have from Perennial Artisan Ales. It is one of 17 west coast ipa labels approved in May 2026. Its label was approved 1 day after it was submitted.

The artwork

The label depicts a weathered concrete or stone surface in dark blue and black, with cyan-blue lettering spelling "buckets of rain" hand-drawn across the center in a rough, organic script. Below sits the style descriptor "west coast-style india pale ale" in smaller matching script, with the Perennial Artisan Ales logo—a scallop shell—centered at the bottom. The textured, distressed surface suggests water damage or aging, reinforcing the rain motif through visual metaphor rather than literal imagery.
