A stylized rising sun dominates the centre of the label, rendered in gradient yellows and oranges against a bright yellow ground, with horizontal bands of lighter yellow flowing across the composition. The beer name appears in large teal sans-serif capitals stacked vertically down the left side, while "Sunstead IPA" and a circular teal badge reading "Austin Street Brewery" sit in the middle and right portions. A vertical teal panel occupies the left edge, containing the brewery name and tagline in yellow condensed capitals.
