Collaboration with Strangebird (Rochester, NY). Mixed-ferm saison brewed in Summer 2023, fermented in an oak foeder for 15 months, conditioned on chamomile flower. Light, complex and slightly tart with subtle funk, oak, and prominent notes of chamomile. Finishes dry.

As the brewery lists it: Foeder-aged Golden Ale with Chamomile · 6.9% ABV
