Brewed w/ large amounts of pale, chocolate, crystal, black malts, & roasted barley. This Imperial Stout is boiled for 2 hours to further caramelize & concentrate the wort. Fuggle hops & an Irish ale yeast bring balance and complexity. We taste: roast/chocolate/sweet
