Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt, French Strisselspalt and Hallertau Blanc hops, and an expressive Belgian yeast, this beer is a rustic expression of straw and hay, grass and white grape aromas, while open-fermentation nurtures notes of bubblegum and black pepper.
