From the label“The beer you are holding now is a North German Style Pilsner. The many sub-types of the Pilsner style are the professional brewer's Holy Grail due to the simplicity in ingredients and need for trained technique in production. One type of malt has to give sweetness and bread-like character. One type of hop for firm bitterness and light, herbal aroma and, in this case, Danish yeast for a full, yet crisp and delicate finish.
