From the label“In fall of 2018 CFB created a series of barrel fermented beers in sherry casks. These batches all shared the same oak origins but developed individually to form their own unique experiences. We hope you enjoy. A barrel fermented farmhouse ale. Made with a mixed yeast culture and persimmons. Fermented in sherry casks.”
