About this beer
This is the 2nd of 2 labels we have from Cahoots Brewing. It is one of 60 hazy ipa labels approved in December 2019. Its label was approved 19 days after it was submitted. The brand on the label is Cahoots Brewing; it was brewed at The Church Street Brewing Company, LLC in Illinois.
From the label“This beer was a mistake. By no fault of our awesome partners over at CSB, we mis-calculated a boil time and made a beer totally different from it's original label. In fact, you can probably see the old label peeking out from behind this one over there. ⟹ We tried to make a hazy IPA in the New England style, but overcooked our Amarillo hops and ended up with a bitter, hazy IPA. Now, we were left with a choice: dump really good beer down the drain, or slap a new label on it. We went with the option that brings delicious beer to you. The process wasn't perfect. So what! The beer is still great. If you are one of the many label hounds out there, enjoy the two-fer!”
