From the label“Eight & Sand Beer Co. — We're two buddies from South Jersey that are fully devoted to brewing innovative and quality craft beer. The phrase, "Eight and Sand" was used to wish train crews a quick and safe journey and we felt it a fitting name for our brewery.”
