From the label

Pineapple Provincial is good for more than just alliteration; it's a tart, light-bodied, tropical beer that gives Raspberry Provincial a run for its money! Our line of sessionable Belgian-style sour ales, or Provincials as we call them, are brewed utilizing a unique warm souring technique using lactobacillus in the wort the ferment with a Belgian yeast strain, famous for fruity flavors and a dry finish, making it the perfect complement to fruit. Notes of lemon zest and pineapple.
