“The sun was on its last sliver of light, casting a rich haze onto the scene. There was a scent in the air that could only be described as oats and juice. "Breakfast," she mumbled. There was a lot to take in. She reached for a ripe pineapple that seemed intentionally placed on the desk. "Why is this here?" Her eyes darted across the collection of items on display, fruit in hand. A large painting of an orchard hung proudly behind the desk, faded and dusty with time. A photo of what looked to be a pet snake was crookedly placed beside the painting, with a dainty gold plate beneath it that read "Clementine." She smirked. The floor creaked behind her. This office was showing its age. "Nice sweater," said the voice, somewhat hesitantly. Her expression was unmoved. She didn't even look back to see who it was, as her sharp gaze was on Clementine. "Thanks, it's Cashmere." The Manic beers are our test kitchen. This symbol is a mark of the series.”
