This is the 17th of 23 labels we have from Two Roads Brewing Co. It is one of 29 gose labels approved in November 2019. Its label was approved 12 days after it was submitted.
From the label“Two Roads is driving down the road less traveled with this Persian Lime Gose [pronounced GO-zuh]. We kettle soured this ale in our own tanker truck trailer [like the one on the front label] that's parked right on the grounds of our brewery! We source the freshest persian lime [Citrus latifolia] juice through a local craft juicery and blend it into a classic Gose brew with an added twist— flaked rye. The result is a strikingly vibrant fresh lime aroma and flavor that shouts refreshment! Here's to taking the road less traveled, in life and in beer!”
