“Local Charleston brewers Sara Gayle McConnell and Macey Martin started BREWSTER some years ago, as a way for breweries to involve women in brewing beer. We brew Madam Basil every year with Sara Gayle and any ladies that decide to sign up on brew day. This beer is a light summer saison that is brewed with fresh basil. Crack this one for the ladies!”
