From the label“This continuing effort to brew a beer that is true to style, unfiltered and unpasteurized, is a present-day tribute to a style of beer that was brewed in the Pacific Northwest for decades. A real ale brewed with traditional brewing methods and a recipe relying heavily on pale malt and traditional bittering hops to present a clean, dry finish with a resinous character reminiscent of the classic West Coast style.”
