This filing went on record 18 November 2019, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
This is the 5th of 9 label filings we hold from 903 Brewers. It is one of 18 bock / doppelbock labels approved in November 2019. It cleared 19 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“"Tille bock." A Sherman spin on a German classic, our oak aged doppelbock is malty and rich. Oak aging imparts a harmonizing toasted barrel character that compliments the toasted breadiness of Munich malt while also balancing out the big malty sweetness with woody tannins. Clean lager fermentation and low hop additions allow the oak and malt character to be on full display in the medium bodied brew.”
