From the label“THIS IS ONE OF OUR ORIGINAL STYLES CONCEIVED IN 2015. OFTEN DESCRIBED AS AN "ALTBIER" THIS RECIPE IS TRADITIONALLY CRAFTED TO IMPART A CLEAN, CRISP MALT-FORWARD FLAVOR AND IS PATIENTLY FERMENTED AT LOW TEMPERATURES. OUR INTERPRETATION BRINGS THE ABV TO 10% AND OPTIMIZES FLAVOR BY BREWING WITH FRESHLY HARVESTED MONTMORENCY CHERRY.”
