This is the 4th of 9 labels we have from Amor Artis Brewing. It is one of 154 fruited sour labels approved in October 2019. Its label was approved 15 days after it was submitted.
From the label“A cherry sour that was brewed in April 2018 using a Sour Cherry Funk strain from Omega Yeast. It was aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 16 months, then finally aged for 30 days on Balaton cherries from King Orchards in Michigan. LOVE. CRAFT. Family-owned, quality-focused, and community-based brewery dedicated to artfully-crafted beer.”
