From the label“The French phrase "mille fleur" translates loosely into English as "one thousand flowers", though us folks back here at home in North Carolina know a Mille Fleur as one of the friendliest, most talkative birds in the barnyard, with a salt & pepper plumage and a rather gentle disposition. Our Mille Fleur Rustic Saison is a bird of another color: a soft, bright farmhouse-style ale brewed with malted spelt and dry-hopped with our own blend of a thousand flowers—big, beautiful Sorachi Ace & Crystal hops.”
