From the label“Pepino Sour is our Border X take on a classic German sour beer. It's kettle-soured with Lactobacillus bacteria for two days before fermenting with brewer's yeast, creating a seamless harmony between the yeast and lactic acid. Post-fermentation we add generous amounts of fresh cucumber and in house crafted key lime zest extract. At 4.4% alcohol, this is a perfect compliment for your tacos or as a base for your michelada.”
