From the label“Wildflower Moon is our take on a the traditional Bier de Marz style beer and the latest Saison out of our Moon Foudre. Meant to bridge Spring and Summer, it was refermented with fireweed and Blackberry honey from Honey Bear Farm. The beer has a light touch of biscuit, with a bright acidity and soft, but present honey nose!”
