From the label“Brewed by: Off Color Brewing Chicago, IL Brewed by: Off Color Brewing Chicago, IL. A Funky Wit style Ale fermented with Native Yeasts. Brewed to the style of a traditional Belgian Wit, but with a twist. All alcohol is derived from the sugar content of the barley, grain, and other ingredients used in the brewing process. Improper yeast and bacteria can cause health problems.”
