From the label

“Louiza is a mixed culture beer inspired by radlers, shandies, iced tea, fresh squeezed lemonade, and other warm weather drinks. As with all beers in the Breakside Sour series, this was created as a cuvee from several lots of beer in our wood cellar. The finished blend comes from 7 casks of barrel-fermented sour beer brewed in November 2017 and July 2018. As we created this blend, we loved the citric and herbal notes that lemon verbena contributed. A light dose of fenugreek helped soften and enrich the beer, imparting light maple-like notes in the finish. We think it makes for a quenching summertime sour!”
