About this beer

From the label

“We are a family-owned craft brewery founded in 2009 to brew artisan beers made with the best local ingredients we can find. Although this is a spring beer in the traditional sense, we wanted to create a beer for all seasons. There is still snow in the mountains, a nip in the air, and it's cold. Paradise Peak is a crisp pilsner to welcome the coming sun and warm days. We first brewed this beer to drink after working a shift at the brewery and kept brewing it because, well, we would drink it. We wanted to share this beer. And we thought this pilsner was really good, and we brewed some to share with you. Paradise Peak is brewed with German and Pacific Northwest malts and Yakima Valley hops. There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.”

The label names its hops (Yakima Valley hops), which is enough for a real starting point.
