This brown ale was aged and soured in brandy barrels for 18 months with an Oklahoma native wild yeast, then fermented further in bottles, adding more depth and complexity. With notes of fig and dates, backed by toffee, chocolate and light leathery funk, this barrel aged sour brown ale will continue to evolve as it ages.
