About this beer
This is the 3rd of 10 labels we have from Scofflaw Brewing Co. It is one of 310 ipa (other/unspecified) labels approved in February 2019. Its label was approved 48 days after it was submitted. The label names 2 hops — Galaxy and Mosaic.
From the label“If you can pin down a Hooligan, you'll get punched-up aromas from Galaxy and Mosaic hops with notes of Passionfruit, mango, and Pineapple. This complex unfiltered beer is unlike any other: A TRUE outlier. SCOFFLAW: a lawless drinker; a person who flouts the rules, conventions, or accepted practices.”
Brew it
The label names its hops (Galaxy, Mosaic), which is enough for a real starting point.
