From the label“LIKE ORIGAMI BONSAI IS AN ANCIENT TRADITION OF JAPAN THAT PROMOTES CAREFUL CONTEMPLATION THROUGH GRADUAL GROWTH AND CULTIVATION OF A SMALLBRANCHING TREE, SUCH AS THE NATIVE KUMQUAT, REFLECTION MAY TAKE PLACE. WE VIEW OUR SMALL CRAFT BREWERY THE SAME WAY. AIMED AT CAREFUL CULTIVATION OF CRAFT BEER FLAVOR AND CULTURE. WE WILL ALWAYS BE WILLING TO TRIM BACK BRANCHES THAT MAY REACH TOO FAR AND TOO FAST TO PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF WHAT GROWS.
