A blend of six malts takes center stage, following brown ale's British roots to give the beer its deep russet-brown color and hints of cocoa, coffee and toasted caramel. The roasty malts swirl beneath an All-American delicate dry-hopped veil of dark fruity aromas. Brooklyn Brown Ale is perfect with any red meat, roasted poultry or barbecue, though it's also a favorite on its own.”
